Historical updates follow.

DAY-THREE AND EXTENSION UPDATE | 17 September 2026

WAM reported on 16 September at 23:24 Dubai time that day three recorded 344 deals worth AED226 million. These are day-three figures, not final exhibition totals. The same report announced a one-day extension through Thursday, 17 September, from 10:00 to 20:00 UAE local time.

Earlier day-two report: WAM's report published on 15 September 2026 at 23:42 Dubai time records 310 deals worth AED208 million for the second day of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition.

These are reported day-two figures, not final exhibition totals or evidence of rising property prices. The update above supersedes the earlier reference to 16 September as the final day: the exhibition was extended to 17 September. Its effect on market prices remains unverified.
