Fundsz court order: restitution and penalties reported by CFTC

The CFTC said on September 30 that a Florida federal court entered default judgment against Brian Early and Alisha Ann Kingrey in the Fundsz digital-assets and precious-metals fraud case. According to the regulator, the order requires $15,732,455 in restitution and a $15,752,455 civil penalty. Ordered payments do not establish that funds have been recovered.
